Started from the theory and method of the modern safety science, the scientific management and behavioral science, the discipline of miners group safety behaviors and coal mining enterprise risk early warning and controlling technology was systematically analyzed and studied in this dissertations, with the help of the information technology, computer network technology and other modern science and technology, this dissertations established the qualitative model of miners group safety behavior, and attributed the factors of miners group safety behavior to three aspects:group environment characteristics, personal characteristics of leadership group and the group management strategy, expound the possible impact of group cohesion, safety self-efficacy group, community safety norms, safety awareness to miners group safety behavior; Referencing QSIM algorithm proposed research, this dissertations proposed technology system of miners group safety behavior qualitative simulation, put forward the qualitative simulation algorithm, designed the qualitative simulation application programs by using C++ programming language; and carried out many times and many stages simulations on miners group safety behaviors under different environments. By the statistics and analysis of the qualitative simulation results, miners group safety behaviors'developing trends would be diversified if the group's initial state is general and the environment is also general, and has a big relation with the coal mine corporation's management strategy. Based on the above study, according to the group dynamics and behavior intervention, designed control scheme and some intervention measures on miners group safety behavior.The research results in this dissertations had an experimental applications in safety management work of Jining mining group company, and received the ideal effect.
