The gas is the important influence factors of coal mining in industrial production, but is also one of the problems. We use the latest technology, and create good monitoring system, it can help us to keep safe, It has the important significance and meaning.This paper uses communication technology and computer knowledge to designe a kind of energy-efficient gas monitoring system, uses the CAN-bus technology in underground communication, and use the GPRS wireless networks and the monitoring center to build relationship.This paper introduces the measures used in Neural network theory, to make the predection of gas analysis ore under the gas emission environment, and the model is constructed, and design the algorithm. The experiments have been proved that this method is efficient. This paper study the neural network theory, using LPC2194 to design the Smart Sub-station ,also design the power circuit, and the hardware circuit. To design the miniature operating system mμC ?OS?II, we realize the transplant. With communication for the purpose, this paper formulates the CAN-bus application layer protocol. It introduces the new way of solving problems and clears the future work target.
