This topic chrome plated corrosion of mechanical equipment in the mine environment, high corrosion resistance is poor, service time is short and so on, organic chromium closed surface coating were prepared in the surface of chromium coating and and its corrosion resistance were studied.Use orthogonal test method, finally determined the optimized formula is:the amount of diluent M is 45% (percent resin content), the amount of curing agent T31(phenolic modified amine cured) is 30%, the amount of curing accelerator DMP-30 is1%, the amount of coupling agent R is 3%.This article choose the sale of electroplating sealant, compare the corrosion resistance of self-made epoxy sealant and saled sealant. The results show that: in the 3.5% mass H2SO4 etching solution, 5% mass NaOH etching solution with 5% mass NaCl etching solution, the epoxy varnish seal corrosion resistance of the sample compared with the bare chromium samples, is the latter 12, 2.1,1.8 times, compared with the sale of electroplating sealant its 6.6,1.92,1.2 times.Analysis the samples tafel curve shows that: after the closed of sealant, corrosion current is decreased,the corrosion current of sample decreased from 2.3×10-7 A to 1.67×10-7A, meanwhile, corrosion potential is shift positively, the corrosion potential of sample moved positively from -0.425V to -0.281V.
