| Reverse engineering technology based on the existing products or parts of engineering model build products prototype, and based on this to analyz existing product, understand and improvement of the existing, so reverse engineering technology is designed again. In this paper engineering technology and numerical control machining is researched by Delcam software and the CAM technology.Now, about reverse engineering technology research is attached importance with the computer technology and measuring technology unceasing development, efficient design and manufacturing that realize rapid by CAD/CAM technology, advanced manufacturing technology is investigated becoming a hot spot of research.The purpose of reverse engineering entity model is transformated a stronghold, and by using the cloud 3d coordinate measurement in reverse engineering software to point cloud data obtained convert three-dimensional digital model,and reduce numerical control trajectory and CNC programming by reusing CAD/CAM software in enterprise, product is processed by numerical control equipment at last.The impeller is a whole class representative and a fairly standard form of complex thin wall parts. Because of its more obvious features of shape, surface design work related to aerodynamics, fluid mechanics and other integrated disciplines, surface machining tools, machining accuracy and surface quality of its performance has a significant impact.This paper mainly studied using Delcam software, combined with the reverse engineering technology.
