Wood treating with preservative can improve the utilization, which can protect the resources of the forest. Cooper azole preservatives is one of the important new preservatives. In this paper, triazole derivatives have been firstly synthesized; and than cooper azole have been directly prepared by the triazole derivatives and copper; the fungicidal activities of the complexs and leaching have been studied lastly. The main results are as follows:(1) Six triazole derivatives:2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetophenone,4'-chloro-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetophenone,4'-fluoro-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetophenone, 2',4'-di-chloro-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetophenone,2',4'-difluoro-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) acetophenone,3-(4-chlorophenly)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-(2, 4-difluorophenyl) propan-1-one were synthesized and charaeterized by ele- mental analysis and IR methods.(2) Seven copper complexs:Cu(C17H12N3OF2Cl)2Cl2·H2O,Cu(C10H9N3O)2Cl2·2H2O Cu(C10H8N3OCl)2Cl2·H2O,Cu(C10H8N3OF)2Cl2,Cu(C10H7N3OCl2)2Cl2 Cu(C10H7N3OF2)2Cl2·H2O,Cu(C10H7N3OF2)2(NO3)2·H2O were synthesized with the triazole derivatives above and charaeterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, thermal analysis, and IR methods.(3) Through the inhibition test, laboratory decay-resting test and leaching test, we found the Cu(C17H12N3OF2Cl)2Cl2·H2O has the best ability in these seven copper complexs above. When the concentration of the Cu(C17H12N3OF2Cl)2Cl2·H2O was 0.4%(m/m), the wood weight was loss 12.9% and the copper fixation rate was 74.6%; when the concentration was 0.8%, the standard of decay resitance was Strong(Ⅰ) and the fixation rate was 85.5%; when to 1.2%, the standard wasⅠand the rate was 85.5%.Therefore, Cu(C17H12N3OF2Cl)2Cl2·H2O may become one of the wood preservatives in future after more reaching.
