In recent years, natural water pollution caused by chemical waste , the sulfuric acid wastewater accounted for a certain share in the extent of emissions and pollution. The domestic conventional treatment the acidic wastewater method was very obvious,But the ways was poor sanitation and would needed high cost. The sulfuric acid plant wastewater resource utilization was an urgent problem . In this paper,two-bed adsorption resin was used treatment process wastewater .while it was effective to treat the wastewater and can also recycled most of the useful substances in wastewater, so that environmental benefits simultaneously growthed as social benefits and economic benefits.In this article,we selected D001 macroporous strongly acidic styrene cation exchange resin.When the pH was 1 and the adsorptive capacity was 18mg/g.The resin adsorption sulfuric of waste(iron content of about 1000ppm) at static. The resin adsorption of equilibrium time was 30min;Warming temperature was a little beneficial to the resin adsorption iron ion.Increased the concentration of sulfuric acid would reduce the D001 resin adsorption .In the experimental conditions, the D001 resin adsorpted iron ion was consistent with Langmuir equation. The D001 resin adsorpted iron ion procedure was particle diffusion control . The Ea was 18.13 kJ/mol and reaction order was 0.19. In this paper ,we examined the D001 resin dynamic adsorption the waste containing sulfuric acid(iron content of about 1000ppm). The results indicated that the waste flow control rate was 13.0 mL/min;The ratio of height was 12.6.The higher the initial concentration of iron ,the shorter the breakthrough time.The results of D001 resin elution at static indicated that select 25% hydrochloric acid as elution and the elution rate could reach 80% at 25℃.The D001 resin dynamic elution experimental showed that the concentration of eluent was 25% and the flow rate was 3.0mL/min.When the pH was 1,the D201 macroporous strongly basic styrene anion exchange resin of the adsorptive capacity was 43mg/g. The waste flow control rate was 10.0 mL/min;The ratio of height was 32.7 at room temperature . The sulfuric acid concentration of eluent was 1% and the flow rate was 3.0mL/min.
