Along with the development of national economy, and the growth steel production, the demand for the fuel coke used in smelt area has been increased. Due to people increased the expectations for coking coal quality and the dropping quality of coal resource. The stamp charged coking technique has become a important coking technique, because it can expand the resource of coking coal; improve the coke quality and output, etc. stamping charging car is one of the key equipment, which have a major impact on the stamping coking technology. Due to lack of design load,the main structure design methods of large stamping charging car are still referring to foreign product presently inland, there were lots of unsure factors in the process of design, which baffled the development of light weight and large-sized stamped type coke oven machinery. The research of impacting load, stress, natural vibration and vibratory response on the structure are still less, nevertheless, the areas of foreign literature were also rare. Therefore the research of dynamic characteristic and pattern has important significance in the structure analysis and optimization design of large stamping charging car.This project has researched the 5.5 meters stamping charging car which designed and manufactured by a heavy machinery manufacturing company by two types of field test-sidewall pressure of stamping charging car field test and stamping charging car structure vibration response field test. The former collected the pressure on sidewall at different height and at the bottom plate of coaling in order to get time-varying impact load curve. The latter, the purpose of field test is to get accelerated speed-vibration response curve of the sidewall, cast steel structure and other important position of stamping charging car.By analyzing impact load curve, researched the distributing situation and evolution of impact load, proposed transient impact load and frequency domain load spectrum of sidewall and bottom plate. By analyzing accelerated speed- vibration response curve, researched the evolution of time domain and the feature of frequency domain of accelerated speed- vibration response curve, and got the vibration response situation of stamping charging car.Using ANSYS finite element software to analyze the structure in structural dynamics way, such as modal analysis, transient analysis, harmonic response analysis and spectrum analysis, compared the transient finite element analysis results with experimental results, the measured value and finite element values are in good agreement with the same value, verifying that the sidewall loading model and finite element model are reasonable, indicating that the proposed load can be used in the stamping charging car design, and the finite element model can simulate stamping charging car correctly. And improved the structure of stamping charging car, and analyzed the improved structure in dynamic way. The results of the simulation and the experiment showed dynamic feature of the stamping charging car which provided valuable information in the structure analysis and optimization design for large stamping charging car.
