In the recent years, the domestic steel enterprises are setting up a plenty of continuous casting lines. They adopted the hydraulic technology on the mould oscillation systems. Comparing with the mechanical device, the hydraulic is of high accuracy, high response, big loading force, small dimension and simple construction etc. With the electric technology, sensor technology, computer technology, it is not an ordinary mechanism, it is more important on improving steel slab production, quality, lower cost. At present, servo-hydraulic vibration mostly is adopted on continuous casting. Servo-hydraulic oscillation system is an implicated system with mechanism, electrics, hydraulics and computer. It has virtues of simple structure, steady oscillation, negative glide time short, big oscillation frequency. It can improve steel slab quality, reduce steel breakout time, improve mould lifetime.Chapter 1 introduction part introduces the development of continuous casting technical, advantage and its new technology at present. Includes the geometry evolution of the casting mold, electro-magnetic-stirring., soft depress and continuous casting automatic.Chapter 2 introduces the development of casting mold vibration technology and analyses vibration mold. On the base of Ansteel's 2150 mm continuous casting servo-hydraulic vibration. It introduces construction and function on 2150 mm continuous casting machine of servo-hydraulic vibration. And analyzing and accounting the servo-hydraulic vibration system with control theoryChapter 3 proceeds the kinematic analysis of the continuous casting mold, analysis of dynamics and establishes the kinetmatic model, works out at the natural frequency and natural amplitude.Chapter 4 in terms of electromagnetic, using sensors, receipt operation, signal conduction, data collection and computer tests the mold vibration system and analysis the trends wave.Chapter 5 discusses non-sine vibration wave's characteristic, gives the method of construction non-sine vibration wave. Develops 4 types non-sine vibration waves. Using analytic expression gives non-sine vibration wave and its parameter accurately. The giving non-sine waves have nice dynamics character, its form is simple, velocity and accelerating curves are smooth and continuous. Using segmentation function and unity function, the non-sine curves have different characteristic. The chapter discusses one of the wave form parameter and vibration parameter.The final remarks and conclusions are included in Chapter 6. In addition, the chapter ends up with a brief list of possible extensions of this research and future work.
