This article is the Liao River oilfield 15-key science and technology support project. By the analysis to present Liao River oilfield hydraulic reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device situation, combine to the actual situation of oil field, so a program for improving about the hydraulic reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device to satisfy the current oilfield need is proposed. The hydraulic reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device is one new crude oil reciprocating device which can simultaneously realize the crude oil promotion and the heating. The most important point is that taking the water as the driving medium, a hydraulic motor is used to drive an oil extraction pump to lift up oil to the ground. Hydraulic oil brings quantity of heat from the hydraulic station on the ground to the bottom of well, so the viscous crude oil is heated,its viscosity will decrease, at the same time,it is formed the state of oil-in-water, then hydraulic oil transports crude oil extracted to the ground, and in this device, the hydraulic oil pipes are installed inside of well pipes to reduce malfunctions and predigest technical flow. This device system applies to viscous crude oil exploitation and hopeful to substitute the traditional oil extraction methods. The main results of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper introduces the hydraulic design ideas, principles, flows and technical capabilities of the hydraulic reciprocating exploiting viscous crude oil device;(2) This paper introduces the reciprocating exploiting system's core functions parts, in particular, based on the working parameters of the actual conditions, it carries the more exhaustive design calculation on the hydraulic valves at the two ends of a reciprocating exploiting oil pump, some of the more important performance parameters were checked and examined providing the credible evident proof and rationality toward the design of poppet valve.(3) Three-dimensional solid model of the exploiting viscous crude oil device was constructed, the process of workflow system was analyzed, check design rationality of the entire system, as well as interference question of moving part's, and so on..(4) It establishes the system's mathematical model, and makes the transfer function and the diagram, calculated reversing valve's impact, analyzed the influence of impact applied on valve core, proposes the reduction time method,provide the theory basis to improve the processing of valve core,provides the corrective method to the reversing valve's structure, the commutation performance was improved and the turn-around time was reduced.Finally, the paper carries on the summary and the analysis to this topic, and put forward the proposal and the forecast to the next step.
