Fabrics drape aesthetic perception is mainly characterized by fabric drape degree and drape. Fabric is considered to be excellent in the aspect of drape aesthetic perception when it is well-balanced with large extent of drape. As people put more requirements to fabrics and clothing, the research of fabric drape aesthetic perception becomes particularly important. When the fabric has good drape aesthetic perception, it will give people with visual enjoyment and full play to the fabric aesthetic performance. Meanwhile, the research of drape aesthetic perception also helps to exploit new fabrics in order to meet the needs of different users and promotion of the textile industry.In this paper, 45 kinds of chemical fiber fabric were selected as samples. Through a lot of experiments, we got mechanical performance indexes, structure parameters and drape performance indexes and etc by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression methods. Predicted equations was gained by subjective and the objective analysis of drape aesthetic perception. Comparison of results between subjective and the objective analysis indicates that the evaluation of fabric drape aesthetic perception. The conclusions are as follows:(1) In order to improve the reliability of drape performance testing data, two test method was designed for comparison with the traditional test methods, through the real data analysis and theoretical support, we get three data from best reproducibility, data most stable. Samples in method three's high speed rotating process can enable them completely waving up that therefore be good to eliminate external influence caused by human, meanwhile, through increasing of each group experiments number that the result will be certain stability, this accords with statistical rule, many groups of average number can be good ensure data stability and reliability.(2) Through the correlation analysis we get each drape performance index high related fabric mechanical performance index and structural parameter index, and SPSS software obtains each drape performance indexes of multiple regression equation, according to projections equation analysis affecting fabric drape performance of various factors. Especially 45°bending rigidity, 45°Shear Stiffness, square weight, and thickness influence the drape performance the most.(3) Through the analysis of prediction equations scored 45°bending stiffness have greater effects on the fabric drape degree and drape form. Meanwhile, through the curve fitting scored 45°bending stiffness and drape well-balanced degrees exist cubic relationship. Drape well-balanced degrees as 45°bending stiffness with first decline after the increase of rise. This phenomenon can be interpreted as when bending stiffness enough small, fabric soft, easily bend in forming overhang form, drape wave more uniform, and has good symmetry degree. On the other hand, when bending stiffness of fabric is greater, the fabric more easily bend, bending reduced, and relatively formed overhang form figure could be easy with uniform symmetrical, sample has drape aesthetic perception.(4) From the fabric drape degree and drape form two aspects to describe the fabric drape aesthetic perception, with drape coefficient, peak angle irregularity, peak height irregularity, peak width irregularity, valley height irregularity five indicators to specific expression drape aesthetic perception. Through the principal component analysis method get five index weight coefficient, get the corresponding drape aesthetic perception comprehensive evaluation formula, after the data standardization obtained drape aesthetic perception objective evaluation value. Through expert evaluation method we get five index weight coefficients, again with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method obtain the subjective drape aesthetic perception evaluating value. Comprehensive comparison of subjective and objective drape aesthetic perception value, and identity classification, get 41 sample of subjective and objective value classification consistent and conform to rate is the 91.1%, can consider that people's subjective evaluation is basically the same as objective value, and drape aesthetic comprehensive evaluation formula have realistic meanings.In a word, the influence of drape aesthetic perception on fabric can be very different, including a number of mechanical performance index and structure parameters index, Changes should be made to meet the practical need during production, at the same time, developing fabrics which are popular and accepted by consumers.
