With the continuous development of coal technology, the underwell support technology has been improved continually. The coal mine underwell anchor bolt and anchor cable support technology is an advanced tunnel support technology, with the features such as simple construction, reliable support, well-adapted, and remarkable economic benefits. But it also has the disadvantages like great worker's labour intensity and low support work efficiency. In the period of anchor bolt and anchor cable support improvement, many matched equipments have been developed, from the premier anchor bolt drill and hydraulic drill rig to the self moving anchor bolt drill of these years, and the intellectualized driving and anchor machine with the function of driving and drilling, are all developed to solve the above existed disadvantages.The paper based on the cooperation projects of Driving and Bolting integration operate device research with Tai'an Uroica Automatic Equipment Co.,Ltd, through the analysis and proof on the work requirements of specific coal mine tunnel, and combined with On-site working conditions, complete the designation of mechanical body structure of anchor bolt supporting work platform, the main research contents below:(1) Complete the detail designation of structure which contains Installation arm,forward and back telescopic boom, Pillar, beam, support legs.(2) Complete the designation of Hydraulic system which using the Load sensitive control mode,and take the basic calculation and component selection on it. Use the hydraulic analysis software AMESim to carry on the modeling and verification of Load sensitive variable system.(3) The anchor bolt supporting platform move structure sketch has been built according the designed mechanical body structure, and use the D-H method of kinematics analytical procedure, analyse the anchor bolt supporting platform kinetically, and get the forward and reverse solving of kinematical equation. Use the fictitious prototype technology, complete the 3-D modeling bas-ed UG, import it into ADAMS, then to proceed Kinematics Modeling and Simulation of anchor bolt supporting platform, and conduct the analysis and verification of platform motion parameter and the interference.To the Hydraulic system which have been designed, afte carry on the verification of Load sensitive variable system is accord with the actual function,then carry on the modeling and simulation of anchor bolt supporting platform rig gyration and hydraulic circuit promotion, analyse some operating parameter of actuator on aspects like stress, flow and speed, and provide the theoretically foundation for the optimization and stability of system designation. This anchor bolt supporting platform produced and assembled by Tai'an Uroica Automatic Equipment Co.,Ltd, and carry on the motion testing and debugging on site.
