| Road transport system of open-pit is very complex. Transportation cost accounts for a large proportion of Total cost. In the process of production transport, Production equipment should be rational used. Road transport system of open-pit should be optimized. In order to increase economic efficiency, transportation management level should be increased. Therefore, in the process of open-pit production, advanced technology should be relied, in order to achieve scientific and high effectiveness of road transport.This article takes Heidaigou open-pit as research object. Transport network model is constructed. Truck transportation path and distribution of cargo flow are optimistic researched by using operations research methods, and then mathematical model is constructed. Visual Studio 2008 is used as developed Platform. The object programming language C# is used in secondary development of AutoCAD. Functions of System graphics treatment and making forms are satisfied. Natural habit of operators isn't change. Design interface with specifications, unity & good is realized under windows environment. MATLAB is used as data processing tools. Reliability and stability of calculation results are increased. In order to reduce the blindness of truck transportation and dead time of equipment without production, Road of open-pit is developed. Cargo planning is reasonable, equipment efficiency is improved, Transportation cost is reduced, and economic benefit is increased by using this system. |
