Deep drawing which is one type of metal stamping process widely used in producing automobiles, aviation, spaceflight stamping parts. Friction and lubrication condition is the important influence factors of sheet forming performance, stress, strain and the thickness variation. Wrinkling and fracture is the main forming defects accompanied with deep drawing. How to make the machined work piece avoid above defects or achieve technical indicators request, which is always focus for related fields scholars.Through the application of elastic-plastic mechanics and metal plastic forming related theories, Paper deduces the force relation model about flange corner and straight edge regional sheet in process of the Square box shaped pieces deep drawing. And based on the empirical formula and 3D modeling platform, it completes the design and modeling about deep drawing mould and initial blank shape dimension. According to the deep drawing character of square-box, the model of blank-hold is proposed, which is designed into the straight part/the corner part of flange and the sixteen subareas between the straight part and the corner part of flange; The simulation is made on the partition model and whole model with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA, which is under the condition of variable blank-holder forces. Paper has an investigation to the forming results affect with friction state changes at different area in numerical simulation method.The simulation Results show that to design blank-holder into the appropriate division structure, take reasonable variable blank-holder force in each partition blank-holder can give full play to the sheet metal forming, improve the quality of sheet metal deep drawing; The contact areas between blank and blank-holder, flange and round corner are the lubricate key areas; To make proper lubrication to contact surface between blank and punch is beneficial to sheet plastic flow and forming; The contact surface which near the dies mouth is the key to lubricate between the blank and dies wall department.Square box work piece is the typical axially symmetrical parts; the research results will produce guidance and reference significance to the deep drawing of complex shape work pieces.
