In this paper research porous material, SBA-15 and the MCM-49 removal of dye, such as methylene bule, Rhodamine B and methyl orange, from colored effluents by adsorption . Discusses of the temperature, mixed time, initial pH,concentration of dye solution and the dose of the porous material influence on the removal of the organic dye from the waste water and the reason. the experimental results show that:The mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 is an excellent adsorbent for methylene blue, it can efficiently adsorption methylene blue that existing in sewage under atmospheric conditions. The SBA-15 adsorbent for methylene blue, exhibiting 280 mg/g adsorption capacity and 25mg SBA-15 stiring for 5 min about 100% fading rate. But the SBA-15 on Rhodamine B is low, exhibiting 52 mg/g adsorption capacity and 100 mg SBA-15 stiring for 5 min about 83.75% fading rate. The MCM-49 on methylene blue exhibiting 45mg/g adsorption capacity and 100 mg SBA-15 stiring for 5 min about 98.42% fading rate. And MCM-49 on Rhodamine B exhibiting 47 mg/g adsorption capacity and 55 mg MCM-49 stiring for 5 min about 96.12% fading rate.SBA-15 and MCM-49 adsorption for methyl orange is poor,Only on acidity conditions exhibiting little fading rate for methyl orange, but on basicly conditions is none.We discuss how and why the conditions of adsorbing influence and impact on the adsorption, such as the temperature of reaction, the time of reaction, the pH of solution, the tinitial concentration of dye and the dosage of molecular sieve. The dye molecule was adsorbed in the mesopore according to the analysis of the adsorbent before and after adsorption by nitrogen physisorption. The adsorbent can be effectively recovered by calcination and reused for ten times without a significant loss its ability on removing dye from equeous solution.
