| With the development of science and technology, materials science, especially the development of polymer science has brought more application elements to epoxy resin。Some shortcomings, such as the friability of epoxy, the poor impact resistance, and the limitation of heat-resistant, have been improved to a certain extent. Current epoxy resin is widely applied to aerospace and electric production area with its good stability, antiflaming and insulativity. Epoxy resin performance depends not only on its own structure, proportioning of curing material, but also the curing process. As a result of the curing temperature differences of internal and external layers in cure oven during the curing, it is hard to master degreeofcure, which will affect curing epoxy resin performance. Therefore, the monitor of epoxy curing process is very important.This paper introduces the physical and chemical changes in the process of epoxy resin curing, dielectric loss measurement principle and dielectric loss measurement method.It also derives the main dielectric loss reason and the flabby polarization strength formula. The task of this subject is to build a test platform, to compare the extracted epoxy during the different periods, to test medium characteristic rule again, and to determine the curing process law according to the temperature changing curve of dielectric loss factor.Dielectric loss testing system can be divided into three parts: the controlling part, collecting part and inverter power supply part.
