Sulfides and its heterostructures nanomaterials are important semiconductor materials, as they are widely used in photocatalysts, photovoltaic response. This thesis is focus on the preparation of CdS nanotriangle/Bi2S3 nanowire heterostructures, homogeneous Cu1.8S RTS and AgBiS2 nanostructure by solvothermal method. The main work is summarized as follows:1. CdS nanotriangle/Bi2S3 nanowire heterostructures have been synthesized via a solvothermal route with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O,anhydrous BiCl3 and thiourea as the reactants. The as-prepared CdS/Bi2S3 heterostructures were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, SAED and PL. The as-prepared CdS/Bi2S3 heterostructures shows excellent photocatalytic activity.2. Homogeneous Cu1.8S rattle-type structure(RTS) has been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, thiourea as the reactants. The final products were characterized by SEM, TEM, XPS and IR. The as-prepared Cu1.8S RTS has good photovoltaic effects.3. The AgBiS2 nanostructure has been successfully synthesized via a simple solvothermal route with AgNO3, anhydrous BiCl3 and thiourea as the reactants. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. It was found that temperature and concentration affected the shape of AgBiS2 nanostructure.
