The excellent absorbing performance of nano-absorbing agent is the focus of current research. To improve the bonding strength between the stealth coating and the substrate materials of equipment is an important precaution to improve the viability and prolong the service life of the weaponry which has great significance in national defense.In this work, TC4 titanium alloy is the matrix material, the TiO2 porous films which has high bonding strength were prepared on the TC4 substrate with the aid of micro-arc oxidation. Fe3O4/MWNTs/ZnO nano-absorbing agent with the excellent absorbing performance was prepared. With epoxy resin as a binder, stealth coating was prepared.Research the relationship between the electromagnetic parameters and the absorbing properties of the composite nano-absorbing agent. Described the mechanism that improve the bonding strength between titanium-based epoxy coating with TiO2 porous film as a intermediate layer.. The oxidation with the electrolyte of Na3PO4 and Na2SiO3 were separately adopted in the experiments. The effect of the oxidation process parameters (such as voltage, current, time and electrolyte concentration) on TiO2 porous film morphology, crystal structure, thickness, surface roughness and bonding strength was systematically analysis. Fe3O4/MWNTs/ZnO nano absorbing agent was successfully fabricated. When Fe3O4: MWNTs = 4:1 ratio of absorbing agent,the maximum reflection loss is about -38.74dB at 10.4 GHz for the composites with a thickness of 3mm, and the absorption bandwidth with the reflection loss below -10dB is from 7.26GHz to 12.95GHz. The absorption bandwidth with the reflection loss below -10dB is from 9.85GHz to 14.625GHz with the thickness of 1.5mm, it has excellent absorbing performance. The epoxy resin-absorbing coating was prepared in titanium plate with the specification of 180mm?180mm.The absorbing properties and the bonding strength of the coating was analysis,the result show that: absorbing agent (Fe3O4/MWNTs/ZnO composite material) content of 7.69% in the stealth coating, the maximum reflection loss is about -14.32dB at 10GHz with the thickness of 1.3mm and the absorption bandwidth with the reflection loss below -10dB is from 9.2GHz to 11.4GHz. The bonding strength between epoxy resin-absorbing coating and the TiO2 porous films is high up to 24.57MPa.
