A lot of coal-burning bring us serious environmental pollution, one of the main ways is to research, develop and apply the coal gasification technology. Although there are various coal gasification technologies been developed successfully in foreign countries, advanced coal gasification technology in China is still in development stage. Therefore, the research of coal gasification technology that suitable for our country's coal resources is of particular practical significance to satisfy the requirement of the economic development to coal clean utilization.This paper studied gasification behavior of Xiaolongtan coal and Datong coal, Na2CO3,NaAC,NaCl and compound catalysis Na2CO3+NaCl as the catalysis used in coal gasification.Volumetric impregnation and TGA was applied in this researsh and results were carried out: Na2CO3,NaAC showed the high catalytic for two types of the coals,the gasification efficiency was improved and the gasification temperture was reduced mostly,and the efficiency of the catalytic gasification of these coals was improved with increasing of the catalysis concetration;the catalytic gasification of NaCl was less on the coals ,the catalytic activity of compound catalysis Na2CO3+NaCl also showed good activity on the coals.This paper also studied the impact of the type of coal,concentration of catalyst and ash to catalytic gasification reactivity,and it showed that:in a certain range ,the efficiency of catalytic gasification of these coals was improved with increasing of the catalyst concentration;catalytic gasification reactivity of Datong coal was better,this suggested that catalytic effect of catalyst to high rank coal was superior to low rank coal;gasification reactivity of raw coal was higher than demineralization coal during low temperature because of ash,but it was opposite during high temperature, the efficiency of catalytic gasification of these coals was also improved with increasing of the ash concentration,which suggested the ash could catalyze the gasification recation.Kinetic parametres of catalytic gasification of coal were computed by the data from TGA, which conformed to the conclusion of experiment. |
