Research On Sheet Metal CNC Cutting 3D Simulation

Sheet metal CNC cutting simulation system can actually simulate the whole process of sheet metal cutting, reflect the state changes of sheet metal and machine promptly, supply decisions and great helps for enterprises and research institutions. This paper focused on the issues of sheet metal CNC cutting simulation, conducted in-deep studies and analyses from cutting path simulation(geometric simulation )and plate temperature field simulation(physical simulation). The main content is divided into the following two aspects:In terms of geometry simulation of NC cutting code,this article discussed the process and specific programs of NC code analysis. Firstly, pretreated the NC code, then detected the code errors from the perspective of grammar and semantics based on the laws and rules, and then analysed the key issues of code translation and identification. After this the article analysed the interpolation principles of CNC machine, got the trajectory formula of linear interpolation simulation and circular interpolation simulation using data sampling method, judged the end points according to different processing conditions . After this the artile analyzed the error of the circular interpolation. Finally, it analysed the geometry deformation caused by heat qualitatily according to the knowledge of physical characteristics of the thermal plate and thermal elasticity of.In terms of sheet metal temperature field analysis, this paper analyzed the solution process of temperature field data. Firstly, it established the non-state heat conduction equation according to the thermal characteristics of sheet metal while processing, proposed the physical model of the sheet, obtain the temperature distribution of sheet through the discrete method, established the thermal elastic deformation equation according to the plate thermal physical properties and heat knowledge of elasticity thermal deformation.At last the paper analyzed the modeling methods of CNC cutting path simulation and temperature field simulation according to the results above and the modeling techniques of OpenGL, gave realistic treatment of the model. Finally, it took VC + + as a development platform, established the CNC cutting simulation system based on OpenGL and demonstrated its'effect.
