After nine months of investigation and experimental research, the following results and conclusions:(1) Nowadays,of the reservoir area of rural water supply and drainage infrastructure below normal, water penetration is low, drainage is not perfect. Survey of rural household per capita water consumption is only 65.8L/d, is the "outdoor water supply design specification" (GBS0013-2006) in the relevant provisions of the values of 0.47 to 0.66 times. Maximum daily water consumption of rural residents in the reservoir area and the ratio of the minimum daily water demand of about 1.90, variation coefficient of water, wastewater treatment facilities designed to increase the uncertainty.(2) According to the survey water quality, water conditions and neighborhood population,calculate the New Deal settlement in a rural village of pollution load. Use of the steep terrain characteristics of settlements, according to the surrounding land use, construction of drainage ditches, the sewage in the gravity natural convergence to HRT as the main parameters, design technology is mature, easy management, low energy consumption, and the surrounding coordination environment of wetlands, ponds combined process of purification of sewage.(3) wetlands, stabilization pond residents of the village combined process of sewage purification effect of the New Deal Statistical analysis showed that: the entire system CODcr, NH4+-N, TN, TP removal rates were 84%, 74%, 64%, 83 %. In the wetlands, pond systems up and running stage, the water indicators are up, "sewage discharge standard" (GB18918 - 2002) in an A standard.Deal of the test based on the existing village watershed topography, with scattered, according to the local economy and rural characteristics, and explore a complete program to improve rural environmental pollution, combined with the status quo analysis of the reservoir area, wetland, pond system has good promotional value, The trial for the mitigation of reservoir facing increasingly serious environmental problems of great significance.
