The Study About Three Wastes Management And Suggestions In Tang Shan

The environment the basic for the existing and development of human being. It supplies human being with eco-system and natural resources: automatically and safely absorbs most of trashes in the Production and life of human being. with the population explosion and rapid industrial development ,speeding consumption of resources ,there appears more and more environmental management are becoming more important. the paper ,absorbing the previous researches fully ,makes a systematic study on the urgency of environmental management and the existing problems about Tang Shan, and proposes a solution ,from the prospective of the combination of economics and management .The paper contains five parts . The first section–introduction, including the study of background ,significance and methods. the brief summary about the main contents, and detailed description of the research ideas and paper′s structure. The second mainly talks about the related research about the management of"three-waste"home and abroad. The third ,makes an analyzing study about"three-waste"management in Tangshan. The fourth, describes the existing problems about"three-waste"management in Tangshan. and according to the comprehensive evaluation of chapterⅣ,finds the problems within the development and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. partⅤsummarizes the main achievements. and some shortages of the paper ,also cites the problems which will be studied in the research .From the Point of view of economics of environmental characteristics,and the emergence of many environmental causes of the environment Problems of Tang Shan,in order to address environmental concerns to find effective ways to find a break through. Measures to improve the environment in respect of giving full Play to the role o f market Mechanisms to interfere with the external environment for their views and the Practical measures. However,as the article theoretical studies are not systematic and In-depth environmental management measures are involved in is too broad,too sweeping measures,Practical operability is not very strong.
