Open Bench Blasting Parameters Optimization And The Feedback Design Software Development

Bench Blasting is one of most important means in broking ore in the mining, transportation and other engineering fields. Different Bench Blasting means different result which shows in the subsequent bursting of the excavator shovel assembly, and the secondary crushing has a key influence on the cost. Therefore, how to improve the level of blasting stage and how to ensure the reasonableness of selected parameters ,is of great significance in controlling the effect of the blasting, reducing costs of producing, and improving economic efficiency. However, due to the nature of the rock and its crushing process, many factors ,combined with crushed rock that contains a large number of process and geological conditions have influence on the blast effect, so, how to control the blasting effect is still a problem. This paper made tree efforts.Firstly, this paper analyze the causes of the problem based on the problem of the mine bridge,such as, bulk rate, too high foundation, low rate of designing, the blasting effect on each major parameter, including each parameter in the blasting process and process of mechanical action principle. This paper not only presents the optimization program, but also explains the role of optimization theory according to the mechanical process.Secondly, we did a number of quantitative experimental study in Open pit mine of mine new-bridge to show that the optimization program in front of the correctness and feasibility.The third,this page , In order to achieve the maximum optimization of open-air bench blasting parameters, improve the efficiency of parameter design, and accuracy,I develope open bench blasting parameters and the feedback software, Because of the uncertainty of blasting parameters,high complexity in blasting rock breaking process of,the diversity of factors, to realize the optimization of parameters is difficult.In current Feedback design is a better means to achieve parameter optimization.Integrated application-oriented system object programming ideas,computer graphics and database technology, the use of various parameters in the mechanical process of blasting formula and empirical formula programming, by simply entering the required parameters, the designer can automatically generate program of blasting parameters for engineering design and constructing documents personnel , the fast data storage and query, greatly facilitate the designing work. If the first detonation of the blast does not satisfy the engineers on the effect , the feedback feature of the software design parameters of the previous can be stored and corrected in order to meet ideal results. The software can serve the open-air blasting optimization, designing,drawings, the feedback modification, analysis and statistics function. So, it has strong adaptability and scalability, can improve the management of opening blasting business, the efficiency of creating economic benefits.The preliminary application of engineering practice results show that, application of the thought of feedback design parameters and the feedback bench blasting design software, can achieve optimal design parameters of bench blasting, can meet basic the needs of blasting in open pit mine.
