| Recent years, the anticancer effects of realger have been proved in pharmacological research and clinical applications, therefore realger has become a hot anticancer drug candidate for its effective anticancer benefits and lower toxicological reputation. However, the poor water-solubility of realgar not only results in its poor bioavailability but also the difficulty of performing relavant medicinal mechanisms. Recent results showed that the reduction of particle size could improve the water solubility of realgar. Preparation of nano-realger has been paid more attentions. As long as the size becomes smaller enough, realger would provide some special optical properties including omitting fluorescence, so-called realger quantum dots (QDs). The realgar QDs could not only increase the bioavailability significantly because of the size reduction, but also could make investigation of pharmacology and toxicology of realgar real with in vivo and in situ detection the trace of fluorescence emitted.Through chemical method, realgar QDs have been successfully prepared.In our study, dicussed the concentrations of realgar-ethylenediamine solutions, reaction time and reaction temperature on the optical properties of realger quantum dots by UV and PL. And proposed the craft conditions: concentrations of realgar-ethylenediamine solutions 40mg/mL,reaction temperature 80℃and reaction time 3 day .For making the surface modification,the results of study show that Simple physical modification can improve the luminous intensity of realger quantum dots.During the experiments, we found that acid in the preparation of realgar in the quantum dots played an important role. Therefore, we conducted a study about different acids influence on optical properties of realger quantum dots, mainly including formic acid, oxalic acid and folic acid . The realger quantum dots luminous intensity and size distribution was analyzed for the preparation of different acid with TEM, UV-vis and PL analysis method.The results showed that the preparation of realger with formic acid and oxalic acid,particle size small and nallow, optical properties was outstanding; the preparation of realger with acrylic and folic acid, particle size big and wider, had concentration effect.We investigated the synthesis mechanisms of realgar quantum dots, we believe that ethylenediamine and realgar form cluster solution,which continue to grow and become nucleation ,make crystal growth smoothly.By the addition of acids to lead to the change of system environment, and changed the coating of ethylenediamine structure and performance. |
