| Sediment can not only be an important lake nutrient accumulation library, but also be an the main source of endogenous nitrogen and phosphorus in the lake.In some condition, absorbed nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment will be released again. Therefore, the reserch of the release of nitrogen and phosphorus due to sediment is extraordinary significant and meaningful so as to treat water eutrophication and enhance the fertilizer Utilization in aquaculture.By means of simulation experiment, this article studies on the adsorption and release of nitrogen and phosphorus due to sediment, after the bio-fish fertilizer are put into water column under single factor condition of water depth or water temperature. Based on the research through the disturbance, we expect that the adsorbed nitrogen and phosphorus by sediment will re-released into the overlying water.The results showed that:(1) Among 1m,1.5 m and 2 m of overlying water height, while it is 2m, the adsorption of sediments to phosphorus is the biggest. It have little relation with the height of overlying water, but rest with the quality of phosphorus in the overlying water. On the contrary, while the height of overlying water is lm, the adsorption of sediments to nitrogen is the bigest. (2) Between 8℃and 28℃,lower temperature (8℃) is more beneficial for the adsorption of nitrogen and release of phosphorus. higher temperature (28℃) is more beneficial for the release of nitrogen and adsorption of phosphorus. (3) Among 5 cm,10 cm,15 cm of sediment thickness,while it is 5 cm, the adsorption of sediments to phosphorus is the bigest, meanwhile, The effect of different sediment thickness is almost no difference to the adsorption of nitrogen. (4) In a short time, disturbance will promote the release of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediment and the adsorption of soluble orthophosphate in overlying water. (5) Bacillus cereus: Adding 100 mg/1 organic matter can increase release of phosphorus in sediment while adding Strain,furthermore,it can increase SOP in overlying water as well as TP. |
