Thiourea is kinds of compounds with diverse biological activities, they have been used as insecticide fungicide, herbicide and plant growth regulator, widely used in pesticides and medicine synthesis. Pyrimidines-Substituted also has good insecticidal, fungicidal and plant growth regulator. Owing to simulative, electronic, obstructive and osmotic function of flourine atom, it will increase biological activities of fluorochemicals, biological activity of thiourea compounds will greatly improved if pyrimidines-substituted and fluorine atoms are introduced to the thiourea. In this study, fluorocarboxylic acid and pyrimidines-substituted as raw materials,22 compounds were synthesized after three-steps reactions,12 of those was novel compounds, the structure was confirmed by IR, GC-MS and 1HNMR. Biological activities of rape, rice, amaranthu albus and bermudagrass were tested. As follows:1. Synthesis and confirmed-structure of thioureasFluorocarboxylic acid and pyrimidines-substituted as raw materials, target compounds are synthesized after chloridize, acylate and nucleophilic addition reaction, operation of the whole experiment process requires anhydrous. The second step reaction without purification directly add to the pyrimidine-substituted, its structure was characterized by IR, GC-MS and 1HNMR. Research of plant growth regulator with rice and rapeThe preliminary biological activity tests were carried out at the concentration of 5 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L and 200 mg/L. Petri dish test for rice and rape to indoor cultivation and pesticide. The preliminary bioassay results showed that:Target compounds against the survival rate, stem and root of rice and rape, with the different concentration of pharmaceutical, biological activity is different. Compound 2 promoted the survival of rape at low concentration, compound 16,21 against the survival rate of rape at high concentration were inhibitory activity. Compound 8 promoted the survival rate,stem and root of rice and rape at any concentration, with the increasing concentration of compounds, the promote effect enhanced, the rate of root and stem growth were respectively 79.76%,57.59% and 80.83%,78.88%, it could as growth regulator for Rice and rape.3. Research of herbicidal activity with amaranthu albus and bermudagrassThe preliminary biological activity tests were carried out at the concentration of 5 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L and 200 mg/L. Petri dish test for amaranthu albus and Bermudagrass to indoor cultivation and pesticide, the test results of the activity of amaranthus albus and bermudagrass to use DPS2000 data processing system with standard statistical analysis software to calculate IC50. The preliminary bioassay results showed that:Target compounds demonstrated inhibitory activity against the survival rate. stem and root of amaranthu albus and bermudagrass in the different concentration of pharmaceutical, with the increasing concentration of compounds, the inhibitory effect enhanced. Target compounds 3 and 7 respectively IC50:42.89 mg/L,52.18 mg/L, Target compounds 15,16 and 17 demonstrated inhibitory effect was strongest of all compounds, the IC50:35.54mg/L,31.71 mg/L,34.96mg/L. It could more effectively direct the design of new potential herbicidal inhibitors.
