| Oil pollution of water bodies is to be on the rise urrently and cause serious harm to human and cological environment. But the absorbing materials as expanded graphite have some problems. Some crops such as corn stalks, has a natural oil absorption capacity, it can be treated as a new oil material after charred.Based on the needs of study, the project designed a fixed bed testing device for biomass carbonization. Peanut shell, rape straw and corn stalks are regarded as the test materials. Study the oil absorption and the base physical properties of the three straw-charcoals which are prepared under 350℃-550℃of carbonization temperature and 5℃/min-15℃/min of heating rate and 30min-90min of holding time. This paper analyzes the effect of carbonization parameters on basic physical properties and oil absorption of the carbonized materials and explores the best carbonization parameters, and analyzes the oil carbonization mechanism of straw carbonized materials. Analyze the feasibility of burning treatment to the straw carbonized materials. Provide valuable basic data for the carbonized oil absorption materials'production. The main conclusions drawn in the dissertation as follows:When the carbonization temperature is rising, the yield of three straws'solid carbide are declining. When the carbonization temperature increased from 350℃to 450℃, the yield of solid carbide decreased greatly. The yield of peanut shell's solid carbide is the highest, and the yield of bio-oil is the minimum. Carbonization temperature is the most significant on the yield of three kinds of raw materials'carbonized product. When the straw carbonized material prepared under 550℃and heating rate of 5℃/min and holding time of 90min, their oil absorption is the best. The oil absorption of corn stalks carbonized materials is the highest in the three straw carbonized materials, it close to 10g/g. The oil absorption of peanut shell carbonized materials is the minimum, and it just is lg/g.Specific surface of the peanut shell is the biggest in the three straw-charcoals, and which of corn stalks is the lowest. Specific surface can't help to judge the oil absorbency. Large pores are the main pores in the three straw-charcoals. The straw-charcoals with large pores (1000 to 7500 nm) have good 0# diesel oil absorption abilityAfter oil absorption the volatile content of three carbonized material is more than 50%. The heat of the three straw charring materials after oil absorption have reached or exceeded the heat of anthracite, and they easily catch fire and burn. The combustion process has good combustion properties. |
