Aloe is a perennial succulent belonging to the liliaceal family ,and anti-inflammatory,and immunomodulatory effects. Aloe has been very extensively used in health foods and cosmetics , and traditional medicines because of these therapeutic properties. It is being used as a whole extract , however , and the relationship between the component s of the extract and it s overall effect has not been clarified. In order to use the anthraquinone content in extract to be the assessment index, the optimum extracting condition for anthraquinone of aloe investigated by the orthogonal design with traditional immersion mention and ultrasonic extraction.According to spectral characteristics of anthraquinone, the ultravioletvisible spectrophotometry was established to determine the content of anthraquinone in aloe.According to the results of stability experiment , reproducibility and recovery experiment, proved that it had good stability, high reproducibility, reeovery, and easy to operate, can be use in production process. The extraction conditions of anthraquinone with methanol extraction were carried out.The influence to extraction factors such as methanol concentration , extracted temperature, extracted volume, extraceted time, ultrasonic power were investigated.By uniform design experiment,we confirmed the optimum conditions was 60% methanol, the ratio of solid to liquid was l:10,extracted time was 6h,extracted temperature was 3O℃. The optimal process conditions of ultrasonic wave extracting the anthraquinone were obtained by orthogonal experiments, which was that the rate raw material and solvent was1:8, extracting temperature was 40℃, solvent concentration was 60%, ultrasonic wave work function was 80%.The same time,It was better process the ultrasound aided process than methanol leaching process in the extraction.Through researching on microbes prohibition impact of Aloe veraL.var, the result indicate, the microbes prohibition effect is different by different concentrate juice of Aloe veraL.var. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of juice of Aloe veraL.var by traditional extraction technology was between 80%~90% with Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Staphyloccus aureus. The minimum MIC was between 40%~50% with P.aeruginosa, Bacillus pumilus, Micrococcus luteus. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of juice of Aloe veraL.var by ultrasonic extraction technology was between 80%~90% with Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Staphyloccus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus. The minimum MIC was between 30%~40% with P.aeruginosa, Micrococcus luteus.
