In the manufacture of wooden veneer sticking,production efficiency and the utilization rate of raw material is a pair of contradictory. Namely, production efficiency and the utilization rate of raw material often become inverse ratio.The manufacture of drawer is a large task in furniture manufacture.so,the studying on wooden veneer sticking model of office furniture drawer's front plate have a theoretical and practical value.The wooder veneersticking have four models,they are "cut after stick", "suitable cut after stick", "stick after cut", "stick after suitable cut".The sizes of the drawer's front plate come from the typical 8 of office furniture.The main research method is the combining of field measurement data and statistics analysis.Through this research,we can draw a conclusion as follows:(1)The different production processes directly affects board utilization.The average utilization of the typical 8 from high to low is "stick after suitable cut"(94.70%),"suitable cut after stick"(94.69%),"stick after cut"(89.32%),"cut after stick"(85.51%).(2) The different production processes directly affects wooder veneer utilization. The average utilization of the typical 8 from high to low is"suitable cut after stick"(84.78%),"stick after suitable cut"(78.17%),"stick after cut"(78.17%),"cut after stick"(76.39%).(3)The relations between production efficiency and area of different production processes are as follows:"cut after stick" y=25182x3-7458.3x2+847.62x-16.944;"suitable cut after stick" y=24216x3-7189.2x2+828.94x-15.811;"stick after cut" y=-16085x3+5349x2-385.73x+28.666;"stick after suitable cut" y=-12959x3+4124.4x2-240.46x+24.786.(x is the area of drawer's front plate,y is the time of production.)(4) When producing one single size of drawer's front plate, the production costs of different production process are as follows:When 2440-na(a+4)<b and x<0.12 m2,"cut after stick" have the lowest production cost;When 2440-na(a+4)>b and m≥25yuan/m2, "stick after cut" have the lowest production cost;When 2440-na(a+4)>b and 5<m<25yuan/m2,There is a critical point L.When x<L, "cut after stick" have the lowest production cost;whenx>L, "stick after cut" have the lowest production cost.x is the area of drawer'front plate,m is the price of wooden veneer, na is the largest number of drawer's front plate in length direction,b is the width of drawer's front plate.(5) When producing several sizes of drawer's front plate, the production costs of different production process are as follows:When 2440-na(a+4)≤16 and 1220-nb(b+4)≤4, "cut after stick" have the lowest production cost;When 2440-na(a+4)>16 and 1220-nb(b+4)>4, "suitable cut after stick" have the lowest production cost.a is the length of drawer's front plate,be is the width of drawer's front plate, na is the largest number of drawer's front plate in Length direction, nb is the largest number of drawer's front plate in width direction.
