Avnimelech point out that Bio-floc Technology is an new treatment option of aquaculture solid waste which was considered as an method of bring down feed cost and environment pollution. Bio-floc Technology is good at the trement of water quality and the multilevel utilization of feed protein that can raise the feed protein operating factor. The key of Bio-floc Technology is to control the C/N and the carbon source species. Different carbon sources will bring up different bacterials thus it will result in bring up different effect of Biofloc-technology. The study used glucose and sodium acetate as the carbon source, used feed as the remnant feed and dejecta, kept C/N>15.The experiment measured changes of FV-5min, ammonia-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N,pertion of flocs .This study include the following two main contents:1 The comparison of different carbon sources impact on the formation of bioflocsBecause use the feed as the Aquaculture solid particulate,through the culture of biofloc becteria the dissolved ammonia-N and organic carbon were not satiated the C/N>15, so add the different carbon sources which is glucose and sodium acetate to satiate the C/N>15. Through the comparison of FV-5min, ammonia-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N and pertion of flocs content to analyze the different effect on Biofloc-technology which used glucose carbon sources sodium acetate carbon sources and no carbon sources . Affter 33 days, The max ammonian and DOC of glucose on the fifth day.ammonian is 104.25mg/l,DOC is 1558.4mg/l。The max ammonian and DOC of sodium acetate on sixth day.ammonian is 112.5mg/l,DOC 1474.8mg/l。The max ammonian and DOC of No carbon on the seventh day.ammonian is 117.89mg/l,DOC 286.72mg/l。The min ammonian and DOC of glucose on the tenth day.ammonian is less 2mg/l,DOC is less 200mg/l.The min ammonian and DOC of sodium acetate on the twelfth day.ammonian is less 2mg/l,DOC is less 200mg/l. The min ammonian and DOC of no carbon on the fifteenth day.ammonian is less 2mg/l,DOC is less 200mg/l. The experiment results indicated that the glucose and sodium acetate are better than no carbon in FV-5min, the removal of ammonia-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N,but the gulcose is worse than sodium acetate in protein content.2 The comparison of different carbon sources impact on the treatment effect of bioflocsThrough the 33 days culture , the reaction is maturation, The water quality of ammonia-N and dissolved organic carbon were stable for long time when the feed deterioration entirely. Add sufficiency carbon sources with ammonium chloride and potassium nitrate to ensure concrete utilization of the nitrogen . The experiment results indicated that the average cosume of ammonian of glucose reactor is 2.42 mg/l·h-1 ,1mg/l ammonian need 13.2mg/l DOC. The average cosume of nitrate of glucose reactor is 18.06mg/l·h-1, 1mg/l nitrate need 6.78mg/l DOC. glucose floc's protein content is 32.3%. The average cosume of ammonian of sodium actate reactor is 1.6 mg/l·h-1 ,1mg/l ammonian need 10.88mg/l DOC. The average cosume of nitrate of sodium actate reactor is 15.18mg/l·h-1, 1mg/l nitrate need 5.23mg/l DOC. glucose floc's protein content is 38.8%.At the same time ,the microscope photo and the common camera photo of flocs which the glucose reaction have some mold fungis and the Sodium acetate have some baciluses. The glucose flocs is biger and more intensive than the Sodium acetate flocs.
