Qiqihar rewage treatment plant using AB process need to upgrade its capbalities to reach primary B standard of urban sewage treatment plant discharge standard of pollutants (GB18918-2002) and make effluent water ecycled water standards,because because they do not have the depth of the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.Based on maximumly using existing facilities and minimizing the amount of engineering transformation and combined with cold climate in Qiqihar and characteristics of AB process which have short sludge age and strong resistance to impact load and good stability,the study proposes three types of transformation methods to increase the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal for photography B and carry on small scale study.The article studys handling of three kinds of transformation process which deal with water from the sedimentation tank in Qiqihar rewage plant. A+A/O(B为A/O)and A+A/O(B为A/O)with addition of filler enhance nitrogen removal effect and can meet the requirements of transformation assisting with chemical phosphorus removal by adding 30 mg/L PAC.It is difficullty to discharge standards.for A+O/A/O(B为O/A/O)because it has not insufficient carbon source.Effluent water can reach primary A standard by adding follow-up processing unit of BAF under the gas-water ratio of 3:1 and reflux ratio of 2:1.The pilot-scale reactor whose capacity of design is 500L/h was built in Qiqihar rewage treatment plant inoder to analysis feasibility of A+A/O process and refers various parameters for the actual running.The pilot-scale study showes that the transformation process has good treatment effect, stable water quality and can fully reach primary B standard. In the condition of ensuring a better effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,the study carry on optimization of the transformation process inoder to reduce energyThe Optimum operating conditions of transformation process are that the dissolved oxygen of oxic reactor two is 2.5~3mg/L and three is 2~2.5mg/L, inner reflux is 200% and outer reflux is 100%, sludge retention time was 12d. This research focused on the upgrade of the AB process in wastewater treatment plant that minimize the amount of engineering transformation and have good treatment effect , offering the guidance for the full-sacle experiment, Could be meaningful for the upgrading of AB process in the operating water plant.
