Nano-ITO (Indium-Tin-Oxide) powders is a surface performance, small size effect, quantum effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect of the new nano functional materials. Dispersion and surface modification of nanometer ITO technology is the key technology in the research of nano-powder and main content. Preparation of nanometer ITO slurry dispersed thin films with UV cut-off, visible through the high reflectivity of infrared light is big, strong microwave attenuation characteristics and low resistance even become a research hotspot. Dispersion of nanometer ITO slurry preparation and modification of concentrated in aqueous and anhydrous ethanol phase, Ester solvent repellency generally larger molecular weight and higher resistance rates, and Nano-particle is not easy to reach space electrostatic balance causing the slurry reunion, increasing the difficulty of slurry dispersion, which dispersed in the ester solvent phase slurry preparation and stability of ITO nanoparticles have not been reported. And in ester preparation phase stability of nanometer ITO paste in mechanical and electrical systems, ocean exploration, lubrication materials and textile industries have pressing needs and realities. The subject selection of butyl ester of acetic acid solvent representative for the dispersed phase, focusing on research of polyvinyl alcohol (PEG), polyethylene effects of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), Titanic acid ester dispersants on the preparation of n-butyl acetate phase stability of nanometer ITO paste performance impact. And Superfine powder process and application on the basis of analysis of nanometer ITO particles in principle of such phase dispersion and stability. Experimental through the integrated use of XRD, SEM and and nano-laser particle detector, and other means of detection of dispersion stability of slurry, and the value determined by the three RSH amount of dispersant on the slurry stability of the record. Experimental Investigation of the stability mechanism of dispersants and slurry preparation with study pH value and Zeta potential when the effects of dispersion milling time and ball diameter zirconia grinding media such factors as the amount of conditions, the system eventually got the better dispersion stability of nano-ITO pulp, making the nano-ITO powder in the ester phase applications possible. In addition the paper through the wet milling and combined ultrasonic oscillation prepared high dispersion and high stability of ITO slurry, from cost control, technical indicators, and economic benefits in terms of the application of nano-ITO powder play a promotional role.
