The soil is not only an important part of human survival environment, but also limited resources which is difficult to regeneration or even non-renewable. With the development of industry, heavy metal pollution in soil becomes serious. Therefore,it is extremely significant meaning for protecting human environment to do research on the occurrence of soil environmental pollution, heavy metal pollutant migration and diffusion. Therefore, taking the local method smelting sulfur slag and surrounding soil as the research object, pretreatment the acquisition samples, then the total content analysis, leaching toxicity analysis and corrosive analysis were taken by microwave digestion system and atomic fluorescence spectrometer and other equipment in the laboratory. The research analysis results indicate:According to the test results of total analysis, we can easy to see that, the content of Ni and As in the waste slag is relatively high, so the slag still has higher value of reuse. And it also have higher toxicity, which is imposed a threaten to surrounding environment. On the other hand, the content of Zn, Cu, Pb and so on in the waste slag is also higher with heavy toxicity, we should pay more attention to them. The content of soil samples from the total analysis results can be seen, in error allowed range, except some sample point, all the determination results of the soil samples presented decreasing trend along the way far from the smelting slag. From leaching results and corrosion analysis on the waste slag, we can judge that this pyrite smelting slag does not belong to hazardous waste residue. In order to understand heavy metal hazardous to soil and groundwater accurately, the paper research simulation heavy metal movement law of diffusion and migration in soil. On the basis of leaching experiment data, Darcy law and Solute migration as basic equations, we simulates a time-dependent porous media which produced by gravity flow of the basic model with the help of COMSOL software. In addition, based on the basic model, add influence factors such as the rainfall dripping, a perennial leading wind direction and so on, we simulate the influence of heavy metal concentration changing over time under these factors. From the basic model simulation results, we may concluded that the dispersivity speed of heavy metal along longitudinal is significantly higher than the speed along transverse; about 10 years, 50 years and even 500 years, the crest of solute concentration becomes more and more gently, the spread of scope becomes more and more larger. Add control condition such as rainfall dripping, under the impact of it, the range of heavy metal migration becomes larger; dispersion effect plays an important part in shallow soil; with the depth of soil becomes stronger, the status of diffusion plays the dominant role. On the basis of the basic model, add control factors such as the perennial dominant direction of wind, we conclude that soil heavy metal diffuse along the dominate wind, would cause soil heavy metal migration and diffusion rule changes; in addition, after many years, soil heavy metal diffusion along the dominate wind offset will be a potential dangers to the people who lives in the leading wind downstream. Finally, compared the simulation results with experimental results, heavy metal migration and diffusion are basically the same.
