Along with the science and technology development by leaps and bounds, the people's life is developing rapidly and the living environment quality requirement enhanced unceasingly. Light oil sulfide has strong metal corrosion resistance, not only reduce product quality, but also produce waste discharge after severe environmental pollution into the air, which is harmful to human body health and directly caused wide attention from all walks of life. Light oil corrosive produce factor is relatively complex, generally considered, that mainly by its contain corrosive trace active sulphur as elemental sulfur, hydrogen sulphide, mercaptan, disulfide.This paper firstly focus on diethyl-trisulfide preparation with the sulfur and polysulfide corrosion mechanism in simulation system on research, exploration synthesis, separation and analysis of appraisal diethyl-trisulfide laboratory method, and with petroleum ether do solvent establish active sulphur simulation system. The effects of concentration, heating circumfluence, avoid light placed time, inlet O2, daylight and UV-light and monomer organic additive were investigated. Experimental results show that under the conditions of laboratory, the method of adopting diethyl-desulfur and element sulphur about 2:1 in mole, temperature 135℃by 24h continuous reaction producing diethyl-trisulfide is effective feasible. Simulation system element sulphur, and better than many sulfide corrosion copper sulfide corrosion coloring more colorful, element sulfide corrosion ash black single copper colour. Two systems corrosive affected by various factors influencing degree is low concentration > high concentration.Then with elemental sulfur in reforming stable oil and FCC oil as the research object, The effects of concentration, heating circumfluence, avoid light placed time, inlet O2, daylight and UV-light were investigated. After cuases of corrosive that found the gasoline change trend influence. Experiments show that reforming stable gasoline element sulphur is more corrosive than FCC gasoline, but the former appears ash black single copper color corrosion, and another appears colorful phenomenon. Ultraviolet and sunlight illumination to completely eliminate two gasoline element sulphur, for other factors corrosion inspection, element sulphur concentration low fuel samples corrosive can reduce or eliminate, the element sulphur concentration high fuel samples corrosive does not change significantly.Based on the corrosion study of simulation system and actual oil sulfide as the theory basis, that the selection is activated carbon and nano-ZnO preliminary search into their different adsorption desulfurization character and effects. Activated carbon can dynamically adsorp element sulphur corrosion, which performs as the smaller particles and specific surface area as the greater the effect of the more stable. Nano-ZnO removes of the elemental sulfur significantly. Experiments show that reducing oil airspeed or increasing nano-ZnO content can improve the desulfurization sorbent performance.
