In this paper, according to specific engineering geological conditions of Zhang Huainan Mining Group,I applied elastic-plastic theory, three-dimensional fast lagrangian analysis method-FLAC3D and combined with on-site measurement method to analyse the rules of deformation after Huainan Coal Mining Group Zhangji 8 coal mined finally. I also analyse the surrounding rock deformation rules of circular tunnel in lateral coefficient of A pressure; used the method of numerical simulation to analyse the deformation of surrounding rock at different locations, different depths and different strata of roadway layout under the mined-out area floor. I have got the calculation formula of the greatest damage depth of floor rock under mining conditions, and built the plastic state equation of circular tunnel based on Mohr-Coulomb criterion; Based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation I Identified a reasonable location of layout roadway in the mined-out area and proposed supporting programs of track transportion tunnel in Zhangji 17266 face 6 coal mine.
