With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the demand for the increase of road machinery, Pavement milling planer machine as a typical pavement maintenance equipment demand also will increase. But domestic milling planer machine research has just started, especially in milling planer machine of milling mechanism research and foreign milling planer machine research has a large gap, making domestic milling planer machine use life obvious shorter than the same products abroad. Therefore the research for milling planer machine milling asphalt concrete and cement concrete process are of practical value.Asphalt concrete and cement concrete as a viscoelastic and rehological multiple composite material, the traditional finite element analysis method can not meet the need of research, this paper, in the study of anisotropic and rheological characteristics has significant advantages such as using discrete element software PFC2D for the platform, using PFC2D software analysis of concrete interaction between the various aggregate, and respectively with the rigid contact, contact bonding and parallel bond model of materials interior of various functions of are simulated ,and then through calculation and analysis establishing the relation between test parameters, the model parameters and the model microscopic parameter ,laying the foundation for the reconstruction of concrete;Through the test parameters and micro parameters and model parameters, the relationship of reconstruction of a concrete, and detailed the state on the concrete under first uniaxial test standards for the process of closing specimens, finally through simulation of simulated sample of uniaxial compression test, proofing of the model parameters, making the mechanical parameters of the model to test the requirements for future research to provide samples.Using discrete element to establish cutting model of asphalt concrete, and adopting a single factor and orthogonal test method, in the study for different milling speed vc , feeding rate v f , cutting depth t h and rake angleγ0 cutting the anterior horn of the cutter force on milling conditions. Through the process of simulation and data analysis, with the milling speed, and milling depth increases, milling force is also increasing, but change small, so indicating that these three factors on the impact of milling force changes little, which getting the milling speed to the impact of the milling force and cutting applications in the rock of cutting speed consistent with the relationship between cutting force, by the analysis of orthogonal cutting simulation as results that the most excellent milling conditions time is 15 m minof cutting speed , 1 .32mminof feed speed,the 20 mm of milling depth and +5oof rake angle , because the milling cutter is a relatively small force at this time. With the rapid development of highway construction on the increase in demand for road machinery, road milling machine typical road maintenance equipment as demand increases. But the domestic milling machine has just started the research, particularly in the milling machine milling mechanism of the milling machine and foreign study has a large gap between domestic milling machine makes life significantly shorter than similar foreign products. Therefore asphalt milling machine milling process of concrete and cement concrete research is of practical value.
