In this thesis, Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides can be synthesized with direct esterification, mainly studied in butyric acid and glycerol as the reactant, carbon tetrachloride as water carried out agent, phosphoric acid as a catalyst in the esterification of Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides. The esterification rate was the main measure, respectively, a single factor and orthogonal experimental design as a means to explore the best Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides synthesis conditions. Another research paper is to make full use of existing advanced detection technology, the use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and other to establish detection method of Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides.1. Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides synthesis is based on butanoic acid and glycerol as the reactant acid, phosphoric acid as the catalyst, carbon tetrachloride was water carried out agent. Esterification rate to measure, in the single factor test based on the results, with four factors and three levels of the orthogonal experiment on the synthesis process was optimized to determine the best synthesis:glycerol molar ratio of 0.9:1.0 acid, the reaction time is 4.0h, the catalyst was 4%(the percentage of total glycerol), with the amount of water carried out agent 60 (mL/glycerol amount of substance).2. Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Show that the occurrence of butyric acid and glycerol esterification to produce esters, hydroxyl and other new groups.3. To establish a TLC detection method of Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides. With the purchase of standard Butyric Acid Monoglycerides chromatographic behavior of the Comparison, indicating that the desired objectives have been the product of the late establishment of both the GC and liquid chromatography at the chromatographic behavior of the synthesized product has a pre-understanding.4. To improve the standard of GB 1986-2007 in the periodate assay, the method is more rapid, convenient and environmentally safe. After repeated testing improved method proved good reproducibility was determined with the original results did not significantly different.5. To establish a HPLC of Butyric Acid Monoglycerides in Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides determination, the method is investigated through the methodology, methodology test well, method is feasible. Concentration of Butyric Acid Monoglycerides in 0.26008~2.08064mg/mL showed good linear relationship, linear equation Y=1E+06 X-20741 (r=0.9999), the average recovery was 98.8%, RSD 1.8%. The detection limit of 52ng.6. To establish a qualitative and quantitative GC-MS of Butyric Acid Monoglycerides in Butyric Acid Mono-and Diglycerides, the method is methodological study, methodology test well, method is feasible. Butyric Acid Monoglycerides concentration in the 0.5~10μg/mL showed good linear relationship, linear equation Y=146961X-30250 (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.9%, RSD 1.7%, the lowest detection limit 0.2ng.7. The same batch of samples were built by different test methods were determined, the results showed no significant difference, basically the same, you can choose any one according to the actual needs of the appropriate detection method.
