Molecular recognition is the process that host molecular form binding with guest molecular selectively and produce some special function, which is an important research area in supramolecular chemistry. Since anions play a fundamental role in disclosing the essence of biological processes, anion recognition and sensing has attracted researchers in related fields attention in recent years. Anion recognition is an important branch of molecular recognition, the development of anion coordination chemistry is delayed compared with neutral molecules and cations. It is therefore necessary to construct novel anion receptors. The structure of thiourea is simple and it is synthesized easily,. It is also an excellent hydrogen bond donors. Besides, It can combine with anions through hydrogen bonding interactions easily and it is not easily affected by the solution pH value It is a class of anion receptors is widely used. In this thesis, We reported mesoporous hybrid materials:of acridine with thiourea functionalized group. and studied the sensing of anions In addition, we select cruciforms as functional fluorophores, and studied the sensing of protons and metal ions. Several interesting results were obtained:1,Synthesis and Characterization of Acridine MCM-41 functionalized Periodic Mesoporous Organosilica and the sensing of anions:In this chapter, we reported mesoporous hybrid materials:of acridine with thiourea functionalized group was prepared by hydrothermal mesoporous hybrid materials:of acridine with thiourea functionalized group method. It is a mesoporous hybrid materials:with the function of the sensing of ion。We also investigated the changes of spectral properties by adding aions to it. We found that it is on the good recognition to F-2,Synthesis and spesctroscopic study of a cruciforms fluorescent compound with intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) state:we synthesized a conjugated' cruciforms fluorescent compound in this chapter and it was also characterized In addition, we studied its sensitivity to solvent polarity. We also investigated the changes of spectral properties by adding proton and transition metal ions to it.
