Study On The Synthesis Of Indoline By Heck Reaction

The application of the indoline derivatives in medicined and the present research situation of their synthesis were introduced in this paper, which focuses on Heck reaction catalyst by Palladium and Suzuki coupling reaction. The study designed a routine for synthesis of there indoline derivatives produced the target compounds.With the continual expansion of their application area, many chemists have studied the synthesis method of indoline derivatives. There are a great many of methods to synthesize indolinje. The traditional methods to synthesize indoline derivatives are Fischer synthetic method, Reissert method, Madelung method and Bichler method. We use transition metal palladium catalyses halogenated arene and vinyl compounds to compose indoline derivatives via Heck reaction in our thesis. And we use o-bromoaniline as a raw material via acylation by benzoyl chloride or propionic acid, alkylation by Allylic bromine and Heck catalyzed coupling cyclization reaction.In the end, the structures of the essential intermediates and the target compounds were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR...
