The applications of organoindiums in Cross-Coupling reactions are studied in this dissertation. It divided into three parts. In part one, we review the latest research and applications of organoindiums in organic synthesis, and classify these organic reactions. The possible mechanism and applications of these reactions have also been summarized in this dissertation. In part two, we described palladium-catalyzed couplings of alkenyl tosylates with organoindium reagents under mild conditions, which give rise to 4-subsituted coumarins, 2(5H)-furanones, and pyrones in good to excellent yields. The results show that the transformation is highly efficient and the reactions usually finish in 1 min under extremely mild conditions with high yields. In part three, we described Palladium-catalyzed couplings of allyl esters with organoindium reagents. The results show that the transformation can controlβ-H elimination and the stereoselectivities are high.
