Now water's environment in China is facing three serious problem:the water pollution, water shortage and humankind.Water's pollution in China is caused by such wastes,mainly composed of industrial waste water, pesticides, sewage and various solid,gas etc.This kind of wastewater have such characteristics what are composition complex, high pollutant concentration, content more of difficult biodegradable material, toxic, unstable,water quality and quantity. According to different properties of organic pollutants that it contains, we use different processing methods, that can be divided into physical chemical processing technology, chemical processing technique, biological treatment technology, In order to seek high efficient and low processing technology, I choose of iron carbon micro + Fenton reagent combination process.to study.Iron carbon micro electric solution is based on the principle of YuanDianChi electrochemical treatment processing,it has characteristics such as good effect on organic processing, low cost, simple operation, high efficiency and low energy ,etc, besides,Fenton reagent is a super oxidant,mixed by Fe2+ and H2O2,which is respond quickly, mild reaction conditions and no secondary pollution,etc. And there is a certain amount of Fe2+ in the water for subsequent Fenton reagents,so we can also save raw materials.This paper take wastewater of a Chongqing SD pharmaceutical factory as research object, in order to develop high efficient and low pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology, improve the biochemicalable,puts forward the iron carbon micro electric solution+Fenton reagent method as a way to deal with the pharmaceutical wastewater.By reading the related native and abroad ,determine the affecting factors, and test to determine the optimal processing parameters of engineering construction, so as to put forward the advice for engineering.Conclusion:(1)The SD pharmaceutical wastewater by Iron-carbon micro electrolysis craft processing,Fe/C affect have Fe/C water pH,aeration and reaction time, Fe/C select 1:1,2:1,3:1,3:2,6:1, pH 2,3,4,5,6,aeration and aeration reaction,get water samples to analysis every half an hour.By test , Fe/C=3:2, pH=2,aeration reaction 2h,the COD=3717.6mg/L,COD removal rate=37.93%;(2)The wastewater by Fenton reagent method processing,[H2O2]/[Fe2+]=20:1,pH=4,react 1h,and the COD=3732mg/L,total COD=65.5%,BOD=1543.6mg/,B/C=0.41>0.3, But the BOD after iron carbon micro independent effluent is1647.84mg/L, B/C=0.25, the BOD after Fenton reagent method is 2015.6 mg/L,B/C=0.23<0.3,the biochemicalable of the water after Iron-carbon micro craft+Fenton reagent method processing is good, After adopting Iron-carbon micro craft+Fenton reagent method processing, the SD pharmaceutical wastewater can directly go to the biochemical reaction stage;(3)By pharmaceutical wastewater sulfonamides pyrimidine ferro-carbon micro +Fenton reagent method combined craft processing water, COD=3732mg/L B/C = 0.25, can good sex, but because biochemical contains a water sulfonamides pyrimidine is a strong antibacterial drugs, directly into the biochemical reactor would inhibit the growth of microorganisms in sludge, through the study, found that when the toxic water in sulfonamides 16.0 mg/concentration of thymine suppresses the sludge, L above middle methane bacteria growth, resulting in a system crash, the proposal for biological response to dilute before water, 16.0 mg sulfonamides pyrimidine concentration in under/L, ensure biochemical reactions smoothly;(4)SD pharmaceutical wastewater was MICROELECTROLYSIS + Fenton reagent combined process, the effluent COD = 3732mg / L, B / C = 0.25, good biodegradability, but because the water contains sulfadiazine is a strong anti-bacterial Drugs directly into the bioreactor can inhibit the growth of microorganisms in the sludge, you need to study its toxicity;(5)Through the combined process effluent toxicity studies, found that when the influent concentration of sulfadiazine 16.0mg / L or more, will inhibit the sludge in the growth of methanogens, resulting in system crash, it is proposed bioreactor dilution water before, so sulfa Pyrimidine concentration of 16.0mg / L below, to ensure the smooth progress of biochemical reactions;(6)Sulfadiazine on the anaerobic sludge in the inhibition of methanogenic bacteria is lethal, recovery tests by toxicity and found that sulfadiazine inhibition of activated sludge is almost irreversible. When sulfadiazine to 16.0mg / L, the anaerobic sludge in the number of methanogens in more than half lethal dose of active recovery difficult。...
