The disc braking hydraulic system provides hydraulic energy for braking hoisting draw works of a rig. The entire system consists of hydraulic oil pump package, accumulators, control valves, NO (normally open) cylinders, NC(normally-closed) cylinders, pressure sensors, connecting piping etc.. Operations of the hydraulic brakes are achieved by virtue of valve-controlled cylinders. Its dynamic behavior determines to a great extent the performance of the entire system, and is determined by the combination of control valves, cylinders and loads.The disc brake control system adopts close-loop controls, making it possible to adjust the system control dynamic performance for varying applications of a rig and directly set, adjust, control and display the system response status on the monitor.
