The ecological environment has brought a significantly negative impact.Finding a ecological environment protection in economy, resources, ecological is an important area of research in ecology.Mine selection industry is the basis of national economy, but its exploiting processing and using in the promotion of social and economic development, has caused a variety of ecological and environmental problems. Particularly the open-pit mining, is serious to the surface soils and natural vegetation. Therefore, study on ecological environment impact assessment and ecological restoration strategies, has important practical significance.This article that based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign open-pit mining environmental impacts and Ecological Restoration. According to the theory of ecology, take an open- pit mining in Sichuan as a study object. From three aspects such as:natural endowment, eco- environment, ocio-economic environment,to explore a theory of ecological environmental impact assessment in open-pit mining.This theory composed of procedures, assemeent methods,the indicator system in ecological environment impact assessment. Then according to previous research, get the ecological environment influence quantitative appraisal to this mine. Finally, giving some proposes for mining ecological restoration base on the environment quality and environment impact assessmentThis atrticle has important theoretical and practical value in orderly expoiting mineral resources and reasonable construction for open- pit mining projects.
