| The thrust needle bearing seat is an important part of a sport utility vehicle, in order to improve the mechanical properties of parts, used forging production mode. In forging process has many problems need to be studied, this paper mainly analyzes the parts warm forging process combining value simulation and numerical analysis technology.According to the parts map provided by the factory, the thesis drew forging map combining with warm forging process, then further research on forming process of thrust needle bearing seat and design of moulds is given. It simulated the process that blank forming process using DEFORM. The thesis ascertained blank diameter, the position of optimal parting surface and analyzed the influence of simulation results caused by various parameters. It also optimized various process parameters that affected thrust needle bearing into seat form and further optimized moulds. It provided theoretical foundation for production. |
