| This research documentation takes YuGeChangWan project (YGCW) as an example, comprehensively analyses on couples of factors which may impact original biologic balance including project establishment location, impacts of homeostasis due to environment change, rejectamenta's physical and chemical characters, and alluvial silt of foreshore.First of all, according to the research of DaRu mount project that investigates on different aspects about ocean current, water motivity and bedload conditions. In addition, we observe water quality and life-form sampling, sediment quality status, sea shore and shallow sea economic breed aquatics resources, and project sear area biology environment. Based on the results of analysis, in terms of protecting ocean environment and biologic balance, investigate on sea area's environment quality status and characters of project. For the main pollution sources of the project establishment, predict and evaluate the possible impacts and risks on the surround ocean environment. Propose the measures of controlling and eliminating the pollutions to decrease as much as possible impact on surround ocean environments. On the other hand, according to environment management and monitor plans to provide with reference for protecting project environment, which can be used for project management department and oceanic administration department for making decisions. It has significant meaning for protecting oceanic environment and resources, retaining oceanic economy sustainable development.Results of research are as below:1. YGCW project establishment impacts could happen with suspending sands during construction period, sewage and rubbish generated during operation period. Furthermore, sand excavation refill could affect coastline stability.2. The project may affect coastline stabilization because it is near to sea shore,. Therefore, it will be prohibited to explore sand out of the project area during construction period. It will be prohibited to stack rubbish on coastline and beach. For the project area design, make the best of sea shore and beach's carrying capacity, ensure 1/3– 1/ 2 area using in the low level. Project area and street construction should make the best of nature landform to avoid huge earthwork.3. Results of analysis and predicts on ocean functionality area and environment sensitive area show that: make use of tide to build up the breed aquatics pond whose average height is around 2 meters. To make it stable, reinforce and widen original ponds'dams during construction. This almost has no impacts on the shoreline's location and direction, and has slight impacts on local tidewater containable quantity. In this situation, there is no impact on local sea area's tideway and wave.The project puts down huge number of shrimp ponds, partly resumes the sands between tides; this takes some advantages for protecting the environments. However the new built travel industry sites causes more human being's activity, which indirectly impacts on the surround ocean environments and biologic system. To avoid such a situation, need to carry out propriety measures to block off the suspending garbage and sewage during construction and operation. In this situation, the project has little impacts on the biology environments. |
