Organic photonics has became a research field that included organic chemistry, physics, information electronic science, materials science and such overlapping disciplines. The organic optoelectronic functional materials has showed a broad application prospects in new flat panel display, solid lighting, flexible display, high-density information transmission and storage, new energy and light chemical utilization etc, which is represented by organic electroluminescent devices (OLED), organic photovoltalic devices (OPV) and Organic thin-film transistors.The Perylene bisimide derivatives have stable structure, unique light and electrochemical properties, they absorbs well in the visible and near infrared spectrum, the derivatives have good applications in organic photoelectric devices as n-type semiconductor. In this dissertation, a new small molecular of Perylene bisimide derivative was successfully designed and synthesized, so a series of polymers based on Perylene bisimide and fluorine were synthesized in Suzuki reaction. The polymers'applications in organic electroluminescent devices and organic photovoltalic devices were discussed.
