Soybean molasses was a residual product which was conclused production soybean protein concentrate,it was aggregation of varied plant chemistry composition,the major composition was soybean oligosaccharide.Soybean oligosaccharide was a generic name of solubility sugar in soybean,it major inclus sucrose,cottonseed sugar and lupeose sugar.Taking soybean molasses as the raw material,studies of hydrolysis and ferment production of bio-ethanol from soybean molasses had been explored in this experiment.If ferment the raw material directly and not hydrolysis,the choose of yeasts would have high claim.The raw material was hydrolysised before fermentation,in order to make unreducibility sugar change into monosaccharide which had reducibility,reducibility sugar may change into enthanol with advisable condition of fermentation.There were two methods for preconditioning of the raw material,one was removal protein by acid precipitation,the other was chorisis oligosaccharide by ethanol precipitation.There were two methods for hydrolysis,one was acid catalysis and the other was cation exchange resin catalysis.Contrast on the methods of preconditioning of the raw material,hydrolysised and fermented.Determined the best condition of fermentation for ethanol.Using removal protein by acid precipitation was precondition method to acid catalysis hydrolysis soybean molasses.The best conditions were determined through the single factor and orthogonal tests.Hydrolysis temperature was 80.0℃,hydrolysis time was 120 min,multiple of dilution was 4,pH value was 1.00.The yield of reducing sugar was 41.2%.Using removal protein by acid precipitation was precondition method to cation exchange resin catalysis hydrolysis soybean molasses.The best conditions were determined through the single factor and orthogonal tests.Hydrolysis temperature was 60.0℃,hydrolysis time was 120 min, concentration of substrate was 0.2 g/mL,the scale of fluid and solid was 3:1.The yield of reducing sugar was 36.9%.Using chorisis oligosaccharide by ethanol precipitation was precondition method to cation exchange resin catalysis hydrolysis soybean molasses.The best conditions were determined through the single factor and orthogonal tests.Hydrolysis temperature was 60.0℃,hydrolysis time was 180 min,concentration of substrate was 0.02 g/mL,the scale of fluid and solid was 3:1.The yield of reducing sugar was 45.3%.Before hydrolysis soybean molasses,the content of total sugar was 311.97 mg/g,the content of reducing sugar was 83.93 mg/g;After hydrolysis with cation exchange resins the content of total sugar was 404.91 mg/g,the content of reducing sugar was 368.46 mg/g.The percentage of total sugar and reducing sugar was 26.9% before hydrolysis;the percentage of total sugar and reducing sugar was 91.0% after hydrolysis.Choose the Hyperactivity Saccharomyces Siccum as the fermentation yeast of soybean molasses.The best conditions were determined through the single factor and orthogonal ?tests.Incipient pH value was 5.0,fermentation temperature was 29.0℃,inoculum size was 6 g/L,fermentation time was 44 h.Using GC analysis the content of ethanol after the fermentation complete.Ferment the raw material of soybean molasses,the raw material adding acid protease,hydrolysis soybean molasses and hydrolysis adding acid protease.Under four different methods of fermentation,the content of ethanol in turn were:direct fermentation of raw material was 30.29 mg/g,fermentation of the raw material adding acid protease was 61.82 mg/g,fermentation of hydrolysis soybean molasses was 157.99 mg/g,fermentation of hydrolysis adding acid protease was 121.71 mg/g.After fermentation,in fermental broth the residue content of reducing sugar was 10.77 mg/g,the residue content of total sugar was 21.83 mg/g,the appearance sugar degree was 6 oBx,pH value was 4.37,the output ethanol rate was 15.8%.
