| Gold nanoparticles is a common metal nano-material, as opposed to macro-gold, gold nanoparticles have good catalytic properties, sorption properties, and higher secondary electron emission ability. These make it wide range of biological, medical and chemical applications. Present the synthesis of gold nanoparticles is mainly based in chemical sol-gel method, this method is easy, but the structure of the gold nanoparticles which is made by this method is quite simple and can not meet the application needs. The template method is using a particular material as substrates to prepare nanomaterials, the gold nanoparticles prepared by this method have diverse structure. In this paper, we combined the advantages of chemical sol-gel method and template method, explored the synthesis of gold nanoparticles by Aspergillus Niger spores as templates and tested the gold nanoparticles by variety technology. Finally we studied the catalytic property of the gold nanoparticles.The experimental results are as follows:1. We found a better way to pre-treat and modify the spores by trying variety of reagents and methods, that is firstly treat the spores with alkaline and then mix the spores with methanol and n-butanol,. finally make the spores deacetylated by hot alkaline. After carboxymethylation the spores are purity, partial spores show hollow structure.2. We prepared gold nanoparticles by sodium citrate reduction, ultraviolet irradiation reduction and thermal reduction. Comparing different absorption time, different reduction method and different templates, we found that the gold nanoparticles which prepared by carboxymethylated spores absorbing 12h gold chloride acid and then being deoxidized by 50μL sodium citrate is better, the particle size relatively simple.3. We made catalytic experiment using two different gold nanoparticles which is prepared by deacetylated spores and carboxymethylated pores, Finding that the Au nanoparticles made by carboxymethylated pores exist better catalytic property, meanwhile the catalytic property of the Au nanoparticles prepared by deacetylated spores is feeble.This experiment discovered a new method to synthesis gold nanoparticles. The gold nanoparticles show highly uniform particle size, good dispersion properties.
