Ferrocene and its derivative have excellent electrochemical and biological activities, and have broad prospect of application in catalysis, biopharmaceuticals, materials, chemical analysis, microbilogy. This thesis discribes the syntheis of 12 kinds of new ferrocene-peptide, and studied their electrochemical activity and the response to metal ions.1. Five carboxyl protected dipipetides were prepared from glycine L-phenylalanine,L-methionine and L-tryptophan, and then condensed with ferrocene carboxylic acid in the presence of HBTU and then hydrolyzed to gave 5 new ferrocene-dipipetides. The structure of ferrocene-dipipetides were charaterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. In addition, the sigle crystals of FcL3 was gained and through quantum chemistry calculation of FcL3, further explanation on electrochemical properties and spectral learning properties were obtained.2. Seven carboxyl protected dipipetides were prepared from glycine L-phenylalanine,L-methionine and L-tryptophan, and then condensed with ferrocenylcarbonyl propanic acid in the presence of HBTU and then hydrolyzed to gave 7 new ferrocene-dipipetides.3. The electrochemical properties of two series of compounds were investigated by electrochemical methods and their kinetic parameters were determined. The results show that single electronic redox reaction happened on the surface of electrode, and the reaction on the electrode were controlled by diffusion. By using cyclic voltammetry, the responds of these compounds to different ions were studied. The results show that all these compouds have obvious responses to the ions of IIB excpt FcL6~FcL8.
