In order to make the sewage effluent TN, TP content reach more stringent standards to the actual sewage treatment plant operation process as the research object, and carry on the site, aims to find out the monitoring suited the dynamic model and operation of waterworks optimized management for its help.This paper mainly include:1. Outlines the significance and sewage disposal and nitrogen phosphorus removal process principle and process, introduces the pre-anoxic inversion A2/ O process prerequisite hypoxia process operation mode and operation conditions.2. On the system carbon (COD), nitrogen and phosphorus into the specific way of the theoretical analysis, through the material balance calculated the balance rate for COD, TN balance 97.5% rate of 92.6%, TP balance rate for validation data was 78.9%, the effectiveness of the process analysis and for subsequent mathematical model parameters and choose provide basis and guidance.3. Based on the analysis of the process every pool in anoxia pool, inside that occurred denitrifying, amination procedures and denitrifying dephosphata-tion processes, first the oxygen pool denitrification p uptake is quite obvious, the second anoxia pool of p uptake and release phosphorus into dynamic; anaerobic pool mainly occur in the process of anaerobic release phosphorus, the process of ammoniation and denitrification; In aerobic pool main nitrifica-tion happened during the process of oxygen p uptake reconciled.4. On the pre-anoxic inversion A2/O process current operation conditions, screened the right model, and the parameters that each model.5. Through dynamic analysis for each process, known in the present operation conditions, lead to the effluent TP reasons of high density is inadequate is denitrification, therefore, suggested adding carbon sources or oxygen pool than raw water.
