After a large-scale oil and gas exploration and development,oil and gas resources have been gradually reduced.People put more attention to the desert,beach and other areas which geographical and natural conditions are relatively poor.However,developmenting and constructing in these areas,the expenses of construction investment and operation management of oil and gas gathering system are much higher than conventional land-based oil field development.Therefore,in order to make the desert oil fields and the development of offshore fields more cost-effective,it requires the long-distance multiphase transport oil and gas technology.In the theoretical study and practical application process,multiphase metering device plays an important role,is one of the important means to study multiphase transport problem. Nowadays most of Multi-phase facilities are in miniature.They are widely existed in various universities and multi-phase research organizations.The thesis is based on multiphase transmission apparatus automation project of Daqing oilfield engineering company(Daqing oilfield construction and design institute),limited and through the analysis of multiphase transportation technology principle,design a control system.Select powerful Siemens PLC S7-400 and take modular design.Use the suitable STEP7 V5.4 programming software to prepare lower computer control program.Complete the control task of multiphase transport of the test section of the temperature,pressure,flow of data collection and off valve,control valve.According to the analysis of the monitor system's control demand and the comparative analysis of various configuration softwares,the paper chooses Wincc software.Then design the computer monitor system,including manufacture of the monitoring and controlling interface,design of configuration alarm,design of report forms and authority definition of user management.Realize the dynamic monitoring of the system management, fault alarm and condition records,report printing and other functions.Mixed distribution ratio controlling is an integral part in order to ensure experimental system more stable and efficient input mix operation. this article is based on the experience of experts and makes use of fuzzy control that does not require setting up precise mathematical model of the object and traditional PID control have the high accuracy characteristics,combines traditional PID and fuzzy control for constituting a fuzzy self-tuning set of the automatic control system of mixing ratio distribution based on PID control so that system has a good control performance.
